Is there a free plan?
No. WaMark is paid-only, with plans starting at ₹999/month before 18% GST. You pay your plan plus Meta's standard per-message rates, with no extra platform fee.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly plans are billed once a year and work out cheaper — you get 2 months free (about 17% off) versus paying monthly.
Can I switch or upgrade my plan later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page in the app and your quotas update immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking) in INR, plus bank transfer for annual plans. Every payment gets an automatic GST invoice.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown before tax; 18% GST is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice.
How do WhatsApp message charges work?
Plan prices cover the platform. Meta sets the per-message charges by category (marketing, utility, authentication) and bills them directly to your WhatsApp Business account, so you only pay for what you send.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
